How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

What if I need my order by a specific date?

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can meet your deadline.

Can I request a custom design that is not available on your website?

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost will depend on the logistics and your chosen shipping option. Prices may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Production typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on weather conditions and drying time for the paint. Each product is made-to-order just for you. Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Please contact us before production commences. Include your order number and details of the change to expedite processing.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

I haven't received my package yet. What do I do?

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, try the following steps:

Verify the delivery address: Double-check that the address you provided during checkout is correct.

Check with neighbors: Ask your neighbors or anyone in your household if they may have received the package on your behalf.

Look around your property: Check areas like your porch, garage, or behind bushes where the package could have been left. The carrier may have placed your order somewhere near your door, out of plain view.

Wait a little longer: Sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Wait until the next business day to see if it turns up.

Contact the carrier: Reach out to the delivery carrier for an update on your package's status.

File a claim: If the package still hasn’t arrived, consider filing a claim with the carrier.

Modify & Cancel Order

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us and provide your order number along with the specific changes you would like to make. We will confirm once the modification or cancellation has been processed.
