Shipping Policy
At Crafty Wootie, we go the extra mile to ensure all orders are fulfilled and successfully delivered as quickly as possible. We understand how important it is for your order to arrive on time for your special occasions. Our products are made in the USA, and we strive to deliver your order as promptly as we can.
We offer different shipping options, including Ground Shipping and Priority Mail. Your order will be shipped to the specified address you provided during checkout. Please note that while we provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA), we cannot guarantee it. Once USPS takes possession of your package, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather.

What if I need to change my shipping address?
Since each item is uniquely made for our customers and we start production straight away, changes are only possible up to 24 hours after placing your order.
Please contact sam@craftywootie.com with the following details and we’ll update it accordingly:
- Street address with apartment number
- City
- Country
- Postcode
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your item is shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing tracking number.
I haven't received my delivery yet. What do i do?
We understand your anticipation to receive your order and assure you that we are working diligently to ensure its timely delivery. Your item is currently in production based on the shipping method you selected during checkout.
Tracking Your Order: If you haven’t received a shipping notification, your order is still in the production phase.
Shipping Notification: Once your item is shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing tracking number.
Delayed Package: If your expected delivery date has passed and your package hasn’t arrived, we recommend the following steps that have been helpful to other customers:
- Double-check your shipping details on the Order Confirmation to ensure accuracy.
- Inquire with other members of your household to see if they accepted the package on your behalf.
- Check common delivery locations like with your doorman, garage, or side doors where postal services often leave packages.
- Once your order shows confirmed delivery we have no control over the package. Please visit your local post office with your tracking number to request additional information on the status and whereabouts of your package.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items purchased in the same order will be sent in the same packages.
Can I get same day delivery?
At this time, we do not offer same day delivery. Our standard process involves a handling period before items are dispatched, typically within 3-5 business days after the order has been placed. Once your orders has been shipped, delivery usually takes 7-10 business days. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure the quality and accuracy of your customized item.
